2016 AGM - April 28th

The Club held its annual AGM as the last event of the current season. 
However before we started Colin presented Pop Brannon with the "Best PDI of the Year" trophy and certificate as she was unavailable at the presentations last week.

Twenty-four  members braved the unseasonal weather to attend. All reports from the committee were read out and the minutes from last year accepted .

In her Presidents report Lauren commented on how well a number of individual members scored highly in the inter club events.
Colin commented on the quality of speakers and judges this season.
Jamie informed us we were financially stable and both competition secretaries mentioned the increase in entries this year.

The current Committee were re-elected with no change. Proposed by Alan Carr and seconded by Jim Meikle.

Alan Lockey stood in as Chairperson in Laurens absence due to illness. He did a grand job of maintaining "order" and controlled the questions and discussions. 

The final job for the evening was to award Colin the President's Award.
