For those wishing to pay their last respects to Jan we now have the information regarding her funeral.
Her funeral will be held at Preston & Tynemouth Crematorium, Walton Avenue, North Shields. NE29 9NJ at 2.15pm on Thursday 26th July.

The club has received today the very sad news that after a short illness, Jan Clements, Chair of North Tyne & Secretary of Whitley Bay PS has sadly passed away.
I'm sure the whole club will join me in sending our condolences to Jan's family, friends and to Whitley Bay PS for their loss. Funeral arrangements will be posted here when known. The proposed 'walkabout' for this Thursday is Seaton Sluice and Holywell Dene.
Meet at The Melton Constable Pub (NE26 4QL) at 7.30pm or if you fancy fish & chips first 6.50pm same place......or perhaps I should say plaice! The location for Thursday evenings 'walkabout' will be Big Waters Nature Reserve near Brunswick Village.
