We have received the sad news that Allan Potts has recently passed away of Covid-19 whilst also suffering from Parkinson’s disease, at the age of 81.​

Alan was for many years a life member of Whitley Bay PS and a member of the Royal Photographic Society. Allan travelled the world photographing wildlife while remaining devoted to his farm in Backworth. He will be sadly missed.

.The results of the NCPF Annuals Competition have been announced and the full list of results can be seen on the NCPF website…..(HERE).

Sadly, due to the Covid-19 Pandemic the Print section of the competition had to be cancelled but the PDI section did go ahead albeit with remote judging.

Members from 32 clubs entered their work with a total of 885 images.
