Thank you to those who attended the 1st of our many meetings for this season, it was good to see so many familiar faces. Unfortunately we have had 2 members leave the club but through our recruitment efforts we have potently 2 new members who said really enjoyed their first club experience.
Natalie is going to update the web site soon as well as embarking on a recruitment drive, I am sure she will keep us updated with her efforts. Our speaker Mark Husmann talked us through his journey over the past 10 years photographing seals and the ethics of wildlife photography, also how he uses his underwater camera set up to not only take images from his dives but also how to take rock pool images. Next week we will show you how to use our lights ( that are available for members to hire) and have a practical night of taking images of ourselves doing slow motion ( Please check out how to use first and second curtain setting on your camera flash settings prior to next week) Just a reminder that the club has set the new fees to £35 for this season and is now due. If you don't intend on joining us this season please message me or Chris and your mail will be removed from our list.
